the thread of proof.

MORE PICS ON SECOND PAGE
i dont know how many threads ive seen on here turn into (hypothetical) pissing contests starting with a questioned stat..a measurement, a weight, a lift, ect..considering an internet claim is nothing more, than an empty claim...I figured why not start a thread shedding a little tangible proof on the subject. Have a lift people doubt, or might doubt? post a pic or a video of it here..a measurement, a stat, anything you want 2 shut people up about, prove them wrong, or just dignify with evidence backing up what you say, post it here.
so let it begin..
Ive never been questioned or called out my stats, but ile post this anyway. and know that any other stat of mine anyone wants proof of, just ask.
a pic of my arm with a tape measure around it..with a full pump I can get them up well over 20..i took this measurement after a few sets of pushups and a light bi work out..its at 20 right on.

thanks for the compliments everyone..but post your pics as well if you have anything 2 prove..
my arm is a little under 19.5 unpumped...after an arm work out with a full pump, they are like 20.5(ive always gained an inch on them after an arm day)....the lightest ide ever cut down 2 is 220(im in the high 230's now) so i doubt ide lose anything..maybe a quarter inch tops...they maintain size well..ive dropped 20 lbs and barely lost anything on my arms..and thats when they were 17.5.....they look really soft in this pic tho...bad light.

Powerlifters don't have ego problems at all. I mean arching you back, taking a super wide grip, lowering a bar 2" and then you call that a bench press.

That's not the point. The point is that he only wants to concern himself with trying to get a bigger squat, bench, and deadlift. Trying to look good by cutting will hinder his ability to do that. If he wants to cut to get down to the 220's, that is fine, otherwise there is no point in doing it. None at all.

hey sorry bro i meant 2 answer your questions i just didnt have time before.
I dont lift equipped, Ive only worn a bench shirt twice 2 compete.
ive never used a squat suit, or even a wieght belt..all my lifts are raw.
