Limit your intake and drink it straight or with diet mixers if you're going to drink.
Bah, who am I to talk... I can't resist a good scotch either!Theoretical 1RMs - - 11/15/04 - - 02/08/05

Live a little. Moderation is the magic word, however. Hell, I have 1-2 drinks each day (wine for dinner, scotch or bourbon as my night cap), and I'm still pretty shredded. 5% BF for several years now. Here's a fun pic of half my bar (the top shelf liquors are in a glass cabinet).

All in all, most ppl are going to really ruin their cutting diets with drinking, especially on a weekly (or daily, lol) basis.Last edited by Eggeman13; 08-27-2004 at 06:49 PM.

It depends what you're cutting for .... for a contest, it's no question you have to skip the alcohol. If it's just to get back down after a bulking phase, then I say go for it, you're a long time dead and you don't want to be in the nursing home thinking "you know, a couple of drinks here and there really wouldn't have changed anything." It depends how important it is to you I guess.
