    Question Macro help

Hey guys, to me this looks a little off and i may need to up the total calories but i just wanted a second opinion

FIRST: About me: 6'3" and 185 pounds. I am roughly 8 to 10% body fat currently. I play division 1 tennis 6 out of the 7 days a week-2 hours Tuesday through Thursday, 1 hour on Friday, and 3 hours on Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, I workout 6 out of 7 days a week. Monday and Tuesday are heavy lifts. Wed and Thursday are functional workouts. Friday is an off day in terms of a workout. At some point during the weekend i do a recovery lift and sometimes a push-up, pull up, and abs workout (200 pushups with around 75 pull-ups) in my room at some point in the weekend if i am feeling restless.

    Rough Consumption for a day:
    Calories - 3350
    Fat- 91g
    Carbs - 290g
    Protein - 380

I think i should probably cut back on the protein sources and consume more fats and carbs but am not sure. I also think i should probably up the calories if i am trying to gain muscle. My workouts are yielding great results and I am certainly getting stronger. MY weight is staying around the same and my % body-fat has dropped some.

    TQS? (Thoughts, questions, suggestions)

Protein much too high. I would cut that by at least 30-40% and increase carbs/fats.

Your activity level is quite high. See how you do. Can increase cals in 10% weekly increments if you are not satisfied with your rate of weight gain.

I'd lower the protein and up the carbs. I'm sure with that amount of rigorous exercise you could use them.
