A lifting partner of mine used to compete in NASA.
Make sure your lifting according to the rules, nasa has pretty strict judging, a lot of folks say its very similar to IPF squat depth etc. Make sure you're training your bench with a pause. Make sure if you lift equipped you get in the equipment quite a bit in the months before the competition.
Oh, and choose openers wisely. Choose something you can double or triple in the gym to open with.
