Ok, so i went out with a freinds last night at about 10 30 pm to the Cheesecake factorty and decided im gonna have my cheat for the week. It was pretty brutal and im feeling pretty bloaterd this morning with all the water retention.
Heres what I had
-Lindas Fudge cake with whipped cream
-2 scoops ice cream
-half of the piece of cheesecake
