Hey, everyone. This is a last minute thing. Here's the story:
I just found out that I am going to spend 20 days backpacking across Germany, Ireland, Amsterdam, and Sweden with three of my good friends. I'm actually really excited because no parents will be there

.
Anyways, I have 18 days until we leave. I go from the 5th to the 25th. I want to know what I can do before I leave. I have been cutting for a little bit, but I am going to take the last two and a half weeks more seriously. Do you think there could be a noticeable difference between now and then if I work twice as hard? I really want to make this trip one to remember, so I want to be as cut as I possibly can. I started my "super-diet" this morning.
So far I've eaten/done:
Breakfast- Ate 1 bowl of oatmeal with water.
Snack- Had a few strawberries and a small glass of milk.
Lunch-Celery with peanut butter and a few pieces of cheese.
Went to the park with my brother and did some heavy sprinting, along with some skill work and a little bit more running for rugby.
Dinner- Not sure because I haven't had it yet. Most likely cereal with milk and protien powder.
I've also been constantly drinking water since I woke up.
Basically...If I keep my diet somewhat close to this (small meals, lots of fruit, milk, water, carbs, protien.) do you think I will be able to lose some weight before I leave?
Don't bother looking at my bodyspace, the pictures are old and out-dated. Please, if you can, give me some advice. I might be able to get some current pictures later.
