    why is sodium bad

    did a search and came out vague but what exactly is wrong with sodium? what makes it bad for the body?

    if i drank enough water that wouldnt be a problem right... like if i had A1 steak sauce or hot sauce or other sauces, soy sauces etc...

    maybe get reduced sodium sauces? and use sparringly

    Sodium dehydrates the body and causes sub-cutaneous water retention - exactly what a bodybuilder does'nt want.
