hey guys, i got a few questions. i need to know what split would be best for me, as i am trying to bulk up.
i was thinking... Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Back
Wednesday- off
Thursday- Bi's, Tri's, Forearms
Friday- Shoulders
Saturday- Legs
Sunday- off
also, how many exercises should i do per larger muscles, and smaller muscles. i'm lifting heavy, with about 5-8 reps, 7 sets for large, and 4 for small muscles.
i'm gonna browse around and find out what exercise would be best per muscle on my workouts.
i dont no what to tell you abot split but you dont need to do 7 sets you should just stick to a recomendd 3-5 and do lower sets for larger muscle with a low 6-8 reps with heavy wieght and for isolation exercises do higher reps with higher sets like 8-10
