If you would like, you could go on a strictly veggie diet. It will cut you u up fast as hell. Eat lean meats and fat to a min. Take a low carb protien shake. Limit fruits, no soda, anything that may be a simple sugar. Or you can also throw in some Grains but the cutting may take longer. Any protien shake will do. Make sure you match the protien intake with your weight if not a tad more. Also eat good fats not saturated. A good ratio to fallow is this. 40 40 20. That is 40 Percent Carbs, 40 Percent protien, and 20 Percent fat. To figure out your needs for the day multiply your wieght by 10,11, or 12. Depending on your metabolism (10 being slow). If you are loosing more than 2 pounds a week it may not be safe. So if you are bump up the cals.Free Ipods!

How much weight are you looking to drop? There are two ways to go about this. You can lose a bunch of weight, but sacrifice some muscle, or you can lose the weight slowly, with minimal loss of muscle.
If you are looking to retain most of your muscle, a loss in the neighberhood of 4-5 pounds would be ideal.
Otherwise, you can go on keto or Atkins, the latter will allow you to drop about 10 lbs in those 2 weeks, of which most of that would be water. It's a good solution, IMO, for short-term weight loss.

wait , whats that
CARDIO, i recoment low carb, cardio opposite weight training, if your not worried about muscle loss, just do it in the morning on an empty stomach.
Waiting to make a bodybuilding comeback!

you want to lose weight fast ey...
1500 cals / day
zero or as close to zero as possible carbs
50% + of your cals from fat
3 x 40 minute cardio sessions every day, 7 days a week.

I would reccomend SAN Tight + T2, it worked very good for me. I've never tried it but maybe throwing 7 keto in with those 2 would help also.

Calories should be no less than 1750.
40/40/20 (P,C,F) would make sense, IMO, with half of the 20% fats being rich in EFAs.
Supplementing with glutamine would also help retain your gains.

Hey guys, Im 15 years old, I've been bodybuilding seriously for 6 months now, I went from 135lbs to 185lbs while bulking without gainng more then like 1 to 2% bodyfat, Now I want to cut fully in the next like 3 months and retain a lot of my muscle, how should I go about this, I have been doing low carb high protein, I need 2000 calories a day to maintain myself now( I've cut down to 175lbs in the past 3 weeks already) How much of a calorie deficit should I be on and what should be my protein to fat to carbs ratio to do this right, also I do cardio after I lift for 20 minutes 4 times a week, any advice would be very appreciated!? thank you! Whoever wants to help me can either private message me or just comment on here, thanks guys!
