Water weight?
Yeaaa its fathers day, so our breakfast was at an all you can eat buffet, and I didnt want to turn it down because it was for my dad and all. SO Im sayin my breakfast-lunch had to have been around 2000 cal. which is alot!
Now, I forgot im supposed to go to the pool all day with my gf on Tuesday...
Ive read about like, water pills and stuff, like Xpel, which I can get pretty cheap. Would it help me drop the bloat faster and help show more shreded in that 2 day period if I jump right back on my diet, training and cardio?
