6-OXO Extreme !!!!!!!

OK.....I am starting my 6-OXO EXTREME 10/day starting this Monday.
I will try to report back on progress as much as possible.

Anyone else out there running it yet?

I'd like to add 4-5 pounds, thin out a bit around the waist, and feel incredible (mentally) from super-dosing resveratrol.

Same as always:
1.5g protein/pound.
Protein from chicken, fish, egg whites, shakes, bars
Cardio 1-2x/wk
5 on/1 off training.

LOL...the formula/product looks very solid on paper but not even close to being cost effective at 10 caps daily or even at 5. You would need 2 - 4 bottles for only 4 weeks. It would get quite expensive. Like I said I like the product but its way out of my budget.

i'll be there with ya in a couple weeks. i'm finishing out my last 2 bottles of 11-oxo first. i know it didn't give you any results, but i definitely saw a difference. i do wish i'd read about the resveratrol before i ordered the last to 11's though. i'd've probably gotten 6-oxo extreme instead. definitely keep this running. i'll be checking your progress daily.

from my personal experience i've never been able to lean out while keeping protein bars in my diet. an occasional well timed protein shake maybe, but you might find that you lean out better by eating super clean real food only.

About a week in, I feel great! Work-outs are fantastic, I feel focused and have endless energy it seems. I've been using shock therapy but I can tell a difference with the OXO Extreme.

It is high . But I don't have an extensive stack like some people do so it's not too bad.

I used to take Forza T (has 6-OXO & ZMA, just not resveratrol) last year and I used to take 3 caps pre-workout at 4AM empty stomach, and 3 caps with a meal before bed and had GREAT results...I'm kicking around doing the same with EXTREME

Likewise. I thought I was hearing rumors about them making a more cost-effective version of 6-OXO Extreme, but I guess we'll see on that. I'll stick to using bulk regular 6-OXO if its needed for now hehe

How much is Trans-reveratrol suppose to help with endurance? I've been on this a week or so and I'm blowing the doors off of every work out. This is nuts! (no shill)(first ergo product)

FWIW resveratrol is quite expensive especially at the dose being used in 6-oxo extreme. I do think this product is solid and would work very well but I can't fit it in my budget.
