So, long story short, today I fell rock climbing and bruised the bottom of my foot pretty bad (possibly tore some things), and sprained my ankle. I dont really need a break from lifting, recently I had food poisoning and really got messed up. I am on Bill Starr's 5x5 program. I definitely won't be able to do squats and probably not deadlifts. Wondering if maybe I should do some machines or something or just focus on upper body. Hopefully in a week I will be alright, but maybe 2-3, who knows. Thanks in advance, and sorry for the long read.
