    Temporary Replacement for Leg Exercises

    So, long story short, today I fell rock climbing and bruised the bottom of my foot pretty bad (possibly tore some things), and sprained my ankle. I dont really need a break from lifting, recently I had food poisoning and really got messed up. I am on Bill Starr's 5x5 program. I definitely won't be able to do squats and probably not deadlifts. Wondering if maybe I should do some machines or something or just focus on upper body. Hopefully in a week I will be alright, but maybe 2-3, who knows. Thanks in advance, and sorry for the long read.

    Yea, what this man said. Although they arn't neally as effective, it's better than nothing. Just do exercises such as leg extnsions, leg curls and thigh abductions, adductions on the inner thing (yes, no) machine (no homo)

    yea, I figured I could do those, not sure what thigh abductions are. And im guessing inner thing is near the jewels? What kind of weight/rep/sets should i be looking at? I was figuring about 3x8 with fairly heavy weight.
