Ok I got a free bottle of Anavol and a free bottle of Pump-tech at work, so I am going to stack 'em together and see what happens.
I am also currently conducting a log on LipoBurn from legalgear, but since they are such vastly different products, I do not see this as a conflict of interests.
Anavol: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/nx/ana.html
Pump - Tech: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/mt/pump.html
my workouts are done in a max-ot fashion. cardio and lifting 5 days a week
Age:20
Weight: 231.8
BF%: 14%
Height: 6'4''
Waist: 40''
Bi's: 16-3/4''
chest: 47''
quads: 28''
calves: 18-1/2''
Basically I lifted quite a bit for HS football, but basically stayed out of the weight room for about a 2 year period, re-habbing a shoulder and whatnot. I started back into it this past february, but I was fat and weighing in at 290. Been cutting since then, and it is paying off.

the 48'' was an old measurment I accidentally copied over.
but its fixed and I now have ten posts discussing this mix-up.....Wonderful
anyways here's yesterdays workout
8/25 Arms + Abs
BB Curls: 75X6, 75X6
DB Curls: 35'sX6, 35'sX6
Cable Curls: 80X6
SkullCrushers: 50X6, 70X6
DB Kickbacks: 25'sX6
BB Wrist-Curls: 45X6, 55X6
DB Wrist-Curls: 25'sX8
Leg Raises: bwX10, bwX12
Cable Rope Crunches: 50X8, 70X10
Weighted Crunches 25X8
and here's todays
8/26 Shoulders/Traps
Arnold Press: 30'sX6, 35'sX6
Standing Laterals: 25'sX6, 25'sX6
Bent Laterals: static hold w/ 15's(I do these and some rotator cuff exercises to continue to rehab my shoulder. Also, I do not do military presses, because my front delts are over-developed.)
BB Shrugs: 155X6, 185X8(straps)
UpRight Rows: 65X6, 65X6 ( should be able to do much more weight, but grip and forearm strength is still terrible)
Thus far, I have noticed some increased strength past two days as I was able to complete all reps. However, I had been re-feeding tuesday and wednesday(put me up to over 235 in weight today), so I am not convinced in the least that the products are doing much yet. Also, pumps were nothing to write home about.I don't have a tuxedo that fits anymore because my chest and my biceps are too big.

Seated Cable Rows(straight bar): 170X6, 180X6
Good Mornings(1st time doing these): 45X6, 45X6
Back Ext.(used as a sub for hyperextensions): 200X6, 200X6I don't have a tuxedo that fits anymore because my chest and my biceps are too big.

i thought creatine wasn't as effective in pill form.
NEVER NEVER NEVER ASK A QUESTION BECAUSE ALL PEOPLE DO IS FLAME OTHERS AND EAT COTTAGE CHEESE, THEN THEY GO TAKE ON PROTEIN AND POUR DEXTROSE DOWN THEIR THROAT. THEN THEY COME BACK ONLINE AND FLAME SOME MORE TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK BETTER THAN OTHERS.

I was doing 250 when I was 16 or 17, but 2 bad shoulder injuries have really hurt my bench, and I am alos trying to avoid impingement"It's not that i'm that smart, it's just i picked a profession where everybody is stupid" Patrick Arnold

yea, my strength is beginning to come back, but I have been cutting for what seems like forever
my shoulders are getting to a point where I have very little pain, so hopefully when I start to bulk up a bit I can make some good progressI don't have a tuxedo that fits anymore because my chest and my biceps are too big.

I am young but I am no rookie. I live, breathe, and flourish in the the trenches; where the chalk dust flies and newbies look and wonder how can I get that body. They reason that he must be on steroids or ph's but I have never and will never punish my health with such things. I am living proof that hard + smart work+time+patience is all that is required to not only look the best you can, but to live and be the best that you can be. Yeah Yeah I am a veteran!

Finally updated
Sorry guys its been while, but between college, work, and well thats about it haha I have been busy. To make things better I also lost my workout notebook, but here are my last three
9/14 Chest and Abs
Weight:228
Incline BB Press: 135X6, 145X6, 155X6
Flat DB Bench Press: 65'sX6, 65'sX6
Decline DB Press:55'sX6
Abs
9/15 Shoulders and Triceps
Weight:229
Seated Arnold Press: 40'sX6, 45'sX6, 50'sX6
Military BB Press: 95X6, 115X6(could have gone heavier, but worried about shoulder)
DB Laterals: 25'sX8, 30'sX8
Skull-Crushers: 70X6, 80X1, 70X4 (I have no idea how much bar weighs)
Cable PushDowns: 150X6, 160X6, 170X6
One-Arm DB Ext: 25X6
9/16
Weight:228
BB Rows(overhand grip): 135X6, 145X6, 155X6
V-Bar PullDowns: 150X6, 160X6
PullUps
Seated Cable Rows: 200X6, 200X6(this is the whole stack, so dont look for improvements here)
BB Shrugs: 225X6
I have seen some amazing strength increases, but the only exercises where I am at all-time highs are the back exercises
I think the Anavol is helping, but I am hesitant to say its been much more helpful than creatine, because I feel I have been training more intensely. I am also for the most part rebuilding old muscle tissue which occurs faster than building new muscle tissue
my soreness has gone down slightly
so far I give Anavol a thumbs-up
but I wouldnt put it too much higher than plain old monohydrateI don't have a tuxedo that fits anymore because my chest and my biceps are too big.
