What is a good amount of sets to do per body part? For chest I seem to like 4-5 differant excersies at 4 sets of 5-7. For my arms 6 differant excersises seem to be nice. But what would you guys say is a good amont?
i do 3 exerciese with 3 sets,3x3 basically,because im still sore the next day so i know i hit the muscle,but its not overtrained that way

I do... Large muscles (e.g. back, legs, chest): 9 sets Smaller muscles (e.g. biceps, triceps): 6 sets
