hey need some help,

im going to be going to powerhouse gym over the summer, and im going to order some supplements to gain muscle and get bigger, would you guys go with 100% whey and n0-explode?

or is there anything that tops those off which are in reasonable price?

thanks

well, many people have great results with SizeOn. Storm is cheaper and is a great creatine too, but lacks carbs to help with it. you'd have to mix it with juice or gatorade. what you could do is buy both, use SO on WO days and Storm on non-WO days. extend the shelf life of both

100% whey and Whiteflood. hands down. no other alternatives if you want two good supplements.

The whey looks good but in the long run I think youd see more gains if you were to replace your NO product with a creatine product (i think sizeon was mentioned early). The preworkout NO supplement is good for energy in the gym, but its effectiveness is commonly disputed. Out of the list of preworkout drinks I have tried, I'd have to say Superpump 250 is the best (IMO).
