i made the mistake of taking a fat burner. the stuff had yohimbine in it and there were two major side effects that i had. first was that i had a ton of anxiety...i mean i was paranoid it was messed up. the second was that it was an appetite surpressant if i tried eating i would just get sick and puke...for some reason whenever i cant eat enough the first muscle to go is my arms so i lost a little bit on my arms...i was very disappointed
just about every fat burner has yohimbine in it except for the ones that dont work
i didnt think it was worth it cause my bf is only 8% when i started to take it (i wanted to get more cut)Last edited by thefifthfreedom; 08-21-2004 at 07:50 PM.

First of all - I've been over 200lbs at under 5% bodyfat, all natural, and without the use of fat burners or supplements of any kind other than whey - so they aren't necessary. However, I feel it is important to emphasize that fat burners are by no means dangerous when used sensibly. The only reason they disclose an 'over 18' advisory on the label is so that stupid teens don't go swallowing an entire bottle and then suing them. It is merely a disclaimer and safety precaution.

whats the point then, just do cardio and diet and your fine, and they don't work, they're a waste
If you'd ever been below 6% bodyfat, you'd understand why stimulants are desirable to say the least. I'm not just talking about slimming down and losing the gut here, either. Try getting into contest condition and see how good your energy levels are.

I have been using green tea for a year already, green tea is good for burning fat but...it made me stay up at night for hours until it reached morning. I could hardly sleep. Green tea is like coffee because it has caffeine so it's really hard to sleep when u drink it and teenagers need to have lots of sleep to grow up and be intelligent. In addition, I also started to get a lot of pimples because green tea heats up your body. Thank you
