Extra sugar free gum. Lots and lots of it. And sugar free jello (has aspartame) at 10 calories per serving (8 servings per package).
I also drank coffee with light splenda up until 2 weeks before the comp. This fulfilled some flavor and sugar cravings.

Lots of celery, cucumber, green bell peppers and other fibrous veggies!
Green tea!!! LOTS of it!!! As well as water!!! I used to make iced green teas and sip on that with lots of ice and a little stevia/splenda to sweeten!
Caffeine tends to help a little....coffee but be careful as too much can send your sugar levels to crash...
You are going to be hungry.....but you will get used to it!!!

I usually drink a few cups of Green Tea... sometimes I'll use coffee, but that doesn't always work for me...

Sugar free gum is what I do as well. It works great! I go through like 2 packs of 15 sticks a week during the last 8 weeks of prep. Just switch up the flavors every once and a while.

Good question - I hope not... my unaltered spinach in the middle of the night is what helps keep me sane...
