I took 10 g yesterday (first day) and didn't have an initial water gain; my weight is the same as yesterday. How long does it take before I see a pump? If I don't have one already, does that mean I'm a nonresponder?

Where's the weight is going to come from? You just ate 10 grams of creatine, not 5 pounds of the stuff.
You need to DRINK LOTS OF WATER to have a water gain. Start drinking a ton of water, and your body will be absorbing more of it. In a few days, you should be weighing more.
bump, within one or two weeks. i first noticed it on my second week of using it on the bicep day, a huge pump, then after that my lifts got stronger everwhere, and kept getting stronger....
Cool thanks. I didn't expect an immediate gain, but I thought perhaps overnight there would be water retention. I know if on one day I have lots of sodium or high carbs I do have a noticeable increase on the scale the next day, so I thought this might be similar. Guess not.
