    cheerios

    beast,

i posted a tread in the nutrition section saying how i thought whole grain cheerios are a great bb food for easy convenvient carb. low sugar, low fat just grab and go.

and i noticed that you incorporated them in your contest prep and was wondering why cheerios and not something like rice or regular oats? is it the convenvient factor?

Just convenvient. What I have recently been doing though is cutting up sweet potatoes, putting some splenda and cinnamon on them, then baking them. Great for on the go and taste good as well

Hey Layne hope all is well still amazed at your log on the AV board bro, ya Walden Farms is good but u only get 12oz in a bottle, Divinci has Peanut butter flavor as well as 45 other flavors , blueberry etc. Its only like 6.50 for a big ass bottle. Walden Farms is good though, I use there cal free dressings. But for the price I use the syrups more often . I wish they had more flavors
