hey guys,
i've gone from weighing in at 225 lbs down to 160...inbetween that i've gone from 160 to 196 while on juice (yes i'm only 19 i ****ed up!!) Ne ways taht didn't go too well probably becuase I wasn't working out hard enough...anyways I've always had loose skin on my arms...my arms aren't big at all there about 12.5-13 inches I weigh in at 160 but 13.7% fat on the scale not by a caliper...I want to get a little bigger shoulders arms etc. but I defenetly want to be ripped with a 6 pac...should I get a personal trainer to teach me exactly what to do and eat instead of wasting my time and money even further?? Cost of personal trainer $650

you have two choices:
a) educate yourself here by reading numerous articles
or
b) get a personal trainer.
however, i have a feeling that you may be too lazy to educte yourself, so your better of with the PT.
oh, what the hell made you use roids?Isaiah 43:2: When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you.

the personal trainers at my gym advise upright rows and their clients don't squat to parallel, and don't go all the way to their chest on bench, and have their elbows out when they bench. you have to be careful who you trust to train you.
also, you can learn everything you need from this site, FOR FREE, and save yourself some money
