    Cutting/Fat loss Supps

    I am 22 Y'o
    Height 5'11'' / 180cm
    Weight (below) :
    1st pic : 85kg/187lbs
    2nd pic : 75kg / 165lbs

(good idea to look at my pic first)
1st pic was taken 6months ago last bulking
2nd pic was taken NOW and I've been cutting for the last 3months with 10kgs lost, and 3months plateau!

what I'm taking for the past 6months cutting :
    1. 200mg Caffeine 2x daily (cycled 1months on, 2weeks off)
    2. CLA 3mg Daily
    3. L-carnitine 3mg Daily
    4. Multivitamin
    5. Fishoil
    6. Whey (obviously)
    7. BCAA during fasted training

Cutting strategy for the past 6 months:
    1. Low carb 2months
    2. Intermittent fasting untill now

Working out for the past 6 months:
    1. 5-6 days / week (Chest,Back,Shoulder,Leg) split
    2. 3months fasted morning Workout
    3. Last 3months night workout
    4. 1-1.30 hour WO + 30mins cardio (almost everytime I workout I did Cardio after)

But, the only thing Im wondering is how to get my lower abs fat(and skin) got tighten up?
Been cutting for 6months with veins poppin out now, but this lower abs is very stubborn,
is there any supp can help?
been wondering about Clenbuterol just untill my lower abs fat gone, any thoughts? thanks guys

... Stop taking shortcuts, such substance cannot be mentioned here so please edit out the last input.
As for L-Carnitine and CLA, replace both of these with perhaps LCLT.

And I'd perhaps looking into a lean bulk rather than a cut.
Lots of potential for beginner gains if you stick to an established full body program.
Perhaps incorporate HIIT post workout to target your core along with it being a better option for cardio

You can keep cutting but you're likely not going to see much muscle definition at a lower BF% as you're lacking muscle mass. I'd suggest lean bulking to start putting on more mass and limit fat gain during this time. CLA and Carnitine will not do much for fat loss, I wouldn't suggest buying those two products again. Caffeine, Yohimbine and Forskolin-95 (Supremacy 2.0) are the most effective fat loss ingredients IMO aside from a ECY stack. Obviously those suggestions are considering that you're diet and training is on point.

Drop the bro split and get on a periodized program with compound lifts if you want to put on strength and mass. Opt out the long duration, slow steady state cardio for short duration, high intensity cardio (sprints, wingates, etc.) They are more effective for fat loss.

When you say 3 month plateau, does that mean you haven't lost bodyweight for three months?

Simple problem, simple solution...consume fewer calories. If you want to keep cutting, that is.
