First Week Progress
Ok, started last Sunday and weighed myself this morning. I am down 5 lbs. exactly. I know most of that is most likely water weight but I can pinch a little less around the waist so I know some it was fat and I feel pretty damn good about that! I normally don't eat a large amount of carbs so this has not been a big deal other then the overall reduction in cals. I have been hungry and a little tired the last couple of days. That said, I am REALLY looking forward to tomorrow's high cal. carb up!

Not really, but I have some BF around the middle that has to go! You would be hard pressed to find any fat anywhere else on me. I had my BF tested at the gym and it was 12.5% which is a lot higher then what my accumeasure shows and explains why I can't see my abs. Just trying to see if I can get rid of this with as little loss of LBM as possible and I thought KETO might be the way as regular diet is not working for me.

Good job man! Keep it up. So far I seem to be losing fat slowly - judging by my stregnth and the subtle increases in definition that I'm seeing weekly - so I think this diet works. You came to the right place.

Thanks C1. That is exactly what I want... slow far loss. With regular diet I lose more LBM than BF and I just cant aford that! Happy fat loss to you my friend!

Thanks buddy! I couldn't help but weigh myself Sunday morning after my carb up and I was up 4.5 lbs. Hopefully that means I lost 1/2 lb of fat last week!
