    good meal before track practice??

    usually before practice i eat one banana and one whole wheat muffin; wondering if thats good enoough for a track practice

    That's fine for 30 minutes beforehand, but the real question is what do you eat 1.5-2 hours beforehand? That meal should include lots of complex carbs for the workout.
