Im 19, I run track at a major university, primarily the 800m. For summer training Im not suppose to do a whole lot until late July-early August. I lift consistently, 5 days a week, whole body workouts. I do cardio 6 times a week, usually 3 days running, 3 days elliptical/Biking..
My stats- 5'10, 153 lbs 9-10% body fat.
My goal is to gain some solid muscle.. I am going to start bulking in the summer now and weigh more while i do my base training.. Then as Nov or Dec. roll around I am going to start cutting for indoor season.
I eat 2-3 whey protein shakes a day and have a higher protein diet right now. I just bought some CEE and am going to start taking that ASAP.
Does anyone think CEE will affect my running? Anyone have any advice on my plan for dieting/ cutting/bulking?
