I just read a thread about eating after workout
and i'm wondering whats the best natural thing to eat
no supplements or anything
i usually eat like a BIG! plate of food
but anything in particular i should eat or drink
maybe milk?
anyway
answer me
p.s i'm 14 5'8-9 150 lb, and do 3 sets of 15-20 for my exercises

You want a fast absorbing protein such as whey, NOT milk (casein). You also want to spike your insulin levels and replenish glycogen levels in your muscles, so buy some dextrose and whey and make a shake. 4:1 carb to protein ratio is what should be used.
