    Lack of Motivation Starting.

    Ive been doing so good . Then today in the gym my brains telling me that i dont need to do that last rep and dont worrie about alot of weight on the calf raises. I dont know what to do . Mabye i need a break . Does this ever happen to anyone else.

    have someone in the gym - anyone - to motivate you to do that last rep. just having someone watch you on purpose for that usually will make you want to do good performance

    I had someone to work out with but they stoped...ive been going up there alone for the past month and its getting harder to go and im not working out like i should be i know..

    ****, I've got too much motivation. I scrounged up loose change from around my friend's house to get milk yesterday. I pawned my tv so I could have money to get food. My fukking mother barely helps and whines when I ask for milk and tuna so until I get a job I gotta scrape buy. It's hard though, cuz the gym used to be a 2 minute drive. Now it's a 20 minute drive. So basically, if the gas runs out then I can't go workout.

    how long do you think is the right amount of time to take a break from the gym?
