Time to Cut!!
I need help on how to make a diet
I'm doing "The Ab Guide: Getting That Visible Six Pack by hepennypacker52" and it says:
Make 20-30% of your total calories come from fats, good fats of course
You should also be taking 1.3-1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight (which means i need 255g. of protein to = 1.5 g/lb)
The rest of your diet should come from carbs.

also is this considered bulking, cutting or maintaining
