this was a deadlift i di in my weight training class that was in june, i injured my back my back still hurts, so i havent done lower back in a while. Pretty much havent lifted in a while been lazy. I have pics in the gallery here a another pic im bulking a the moment bodyfat is rlly high. Tell me what you think about the lift. Hoping to get 500 next june. I guess i'm doing this post to get back motivation to lift again.(like i ever rlly lifted(eyes roll))

thanks for the comment guys. I deadlifted in the power rack cus we dont have space to do it ne where else. I got 405 no straps, my coach was so shocked that i got it, he told me, that no one my age or weight got that mcuh weight. So he told me i could cgo heavier with some straps. Oh, another minor fact. I never did a routine with deadliftinign in it, that was the second time, i would always skipp it in class.
