There are a lot of beasts coming from germany but this time it's not a man but a female athlete. She currently prepares for the IFBB 2004 woman world championships in Spain ( september 17-20 ) where she hopefully gets her pro card.
I've seen her in person and she has the potential to become one of the best.
She just turned 25 a week ago!!!
I will keep you updated with new pics and infos about her.
By the way she's very strong. Her squat record was 320 pounds for 10 reps and she does 300 pounds incline bench press for reps a few weeks out of the contest.

Hmmm... she has better musculature than most of the guys at my gym. Absolutely amazing.
Very impressive! Well, that's the IFBB for ya. They don't mess around when it comes to musculature.

Ok guys here a few new pics. I really like them as the new pics are totally different.( They were taken on the 21th of august )
Steffi trains 7 days a week and does one muscle group per day. She trains very heavy. I will try to take some workout pictures when I see her later this week.
Currently she eats 4 pounds of meet,300 gr of rice and 1 pound of fruits a day.
In the pictures which were taken on august 8th, she ate 400 gr of rice a day.

Back: Dunno but its gigantic (back is my best body part)

Started out as a body builder using HST, then once i got all the size i wanted i built some brute strength using powerlifting techniques.
