New bench PR with video =P
Just 255x1 and a 205x10 weighing 185 nothing to fancy and some bouncing on the 205. I would like to get down to a shredded 170ish. Comments and critique are welcome. Lighting sucks and my punching bag is a little in the way =/ looks best full screen.

thanks everyone, and opps i wish i could do 225 for 10 lol that would be great =D yeah i ment 205x10. The clunk i do it it kinda hard, but i didnt have the weights super smashed together and clamped tight either lol so i will blame it partially on that =P.
i max out like maby every other week. Warm up max out then do chest for that day.
and hell yeah watch out for the jacked fibras and sh!t. what makes me sad is that he is 21 and weighs 120 and wont lift with me ever =(

no hesn ot add it up bar = 45lbs
2x 45lb plates = 90lbs
2x 35lb plates= 70lbs
45+90=135+70=205

I think you might get slightly more if you learn to get the body tighter before you brign the bar down
like, you unracked it and brought it down in one motion...id rather see you get really tight, get a nice liftoff while staying tight, lock it, THEN bring it down while staying megatight in the body.
btw, your bro needs to lay off the roids, he's too young for that stuff

I will try that next time, usually do it for sets but maxing i do it like i did in the video, but i will start trying to do it like that if anything it will only make me stronger lol. Man i tell him to cut the roids and eat more but he just insist that he isn't on roids just cell tech ;-) lol.
