nice one mate wish i could do that evrytime i lose fat i lose a load of muscle as well...well done
what ive found works for me is to drop the reps and increase the weight to help precerve muscle. also i do a one muscle a day split. dunno what difference that makes but it has been helping.

if you are in such a defecit as to lose 5% bf in 2...3 months? then you are definately not adding muscle too...unless you're using gear or a ph.Fatloss thread: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=311486
