    wms after cardio?

    i normally drink my sizeon during the end of my workout and then my wms postworkout.....i am starting cardio sessions on monday and was wondering should i change anything as far as my wms postworkout shake?

    should i drink the wms after cardio and is it okay to add the wms to my whey? thanks in advance
