i love this stuff...last time i bought the jack's links teriyaki kind (dont mess with sasquatch)...unfortunately it was like $6.50 andi havent seen it any cheaper...for 3.5 servings (about 49 g of protein total [14 g per serving])...i love this stuff and it's so high in protein/low in fat...only downside of course is the salt, but you cant beat it...anyone know where to get a deal on it/where to buy it in bulk for cheap?

U can make jerky out of any kind of lean meat . . .
scoch is right, it's not very difficult 2 make ur own. Man has been making jerky 2 preserve meat since prehistoric times.
Here's a web page that gives recipes, procedures 4 making all different kinds of jerky at home w/o special equipment:
To the optimist, the glass is half full . . .
To the pessimist, the glass is half empty . . .
To the engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.
Helpful or encouraging posters in my journal get repped.
