It seems like everytime I try to do any type of chest excercise..it absolutely kills my chest.
My chest routine is:
Flat Bench Press (3x8)
Incline Bench Press (3x8)
Dips (3x8)
Usually when I lift..my chest doesn't really hurt..in fact I think that my chest could probably handle more weight but my shoulders absolutely kill me. Anyone know what could be the reason? I've studied all the forms and stuff and it seems like I'm doing everything right..any suggestions?

First off, I'd like to state that flat bench press can be VERY VERY rough on shoulders. I know I will get flamed for this and I don't care, but it tears up my shoulders and a LOT of other people that STILL do the movement. If you are having shoulder problems, I highly recommend taking these out. When was the last time you took some time off? How are your rotator cuffs? <~~ Do you think that may be the problem?
