Being that Creatine increases water retention in the muscles, does it also increase water retention in subcutaneous tissue?
If I'm trying to cut up, would extra water weight from creatine appear to make my body fat percentage higher?
Should I cut out the creatine to cut up? Or will that just deflate my pump?
(feel free to point out any articles relating to this. I've read lots on creatine, but none seem to address these issues.)
