is there a way any of you can suggest how tight i should put on my lifting belt? should it just fit snugly?

how tight should your lifting belt be?

on squats i like to tighten it as much as i can by myself....and somedays ill get it to tight...were when u go down u cant get air in ur stomach or something...but yeah..tight enough so it dosent fall down to ur waste or something...
