I'm not really sure what is involved in the "cutting" phase. What types of workouts should you be doing? How much cardio? What kinda foods do you need to eat? Should you create a calorie deficit every day?

-Weight lift as usual
-Cardio should be done 12hours before/after your workout
-Eat about 300 cals below your maintenance
-Slowly reduce your intake to avoid stunning your body into starvation mode.

as far as workouts be sure you do a lot of cardio like 30 min at least or 45 spread throughout the day at least 3 days a week try looking into HIIT also stick with higher reps in your exercises to burn more cals like 12-15 and mabey if you want to super sets to get a shorter more intense workout. For eating write down a journal of what you eat see how many calories you eat you want to keep it around 1,750 to 2,250 but it depends on your metabalizm if yours is high you can try mbey higher calories, also find your resting metabolic rate i will give you the system at the bottom also see how many caories you burn during a workout i will also give you the math for that at the bottom. For cabrs you want to stay away from simple ones like white bread and candy except after workouts but still dont over do it you are still cutting try to get around only 100 carbs a day of complex carbs but no more than 120 but once again that depends on metabalism.

stop giving bad advice even though some of it was ok the part about increasing reps is stupid and so is the part about the carbs some people are more carb sensitive than others and they may need more carbs to go on even when cutting so it is advisable to know things like that before giving out bad advice and for ****'s sake stop typing a big ass run on sentence
