bicep help

looking for some help with my biceps. my right arm has the rounded shape where as my left has flaten out and its getting bigger but no shape to it. does anyone have any ideas.

it seems like your arms differ quite a bit. I'd suggest doing a bicep routine that incorporates some mass building exercises as well as shaping exercises so that both of your arms will get both types of training. also use dumbbells to help even them out and dont increase the weights if the weaker arm is not doing as many reps as the stronger arm

there are no "shaping" exercises for the bicept (or any other muscle for that matter) there are exercises that target the muscle differently but no shpaing exercises,weighted chin-up variations should help your problem
