How long does creatine last for ?

    Hi guys,

Must say this is an ace msg board they have here, so much info, keep it up.

I have 2 questions of my own and would like some help.

    1) Ive bought creatine, and I only take 5 grams a day, 3 weeks on 1 week off, the container provides 200 servings, which will last me well over six months, i read here somewhere once that creatine only lasts for six months and after that it must be destroyed, Is this true ?

2)When going on a fat burner stack, which i will do in a couple of months, how long should i wait after stopping creatine to go on the fat burner stack, as i also read here that some fatburners can cause kidney stones if taken with creatine.

    Cheers

    Raul

    Do a search on creatine
There are numerous threads with anything you want to know.
I would think that if you kept creatine sealed from moisture
    it would last indefinitely.

I have never experienced a problem using ECA or NYC stacks with
    creatine.
I'd like to see the kidney stone studies on that one
    Never quit!
