No one is home to make anything. I have no leftovers. I want to go and pick something up but what? Everything is so unhealthy. I need something with about 500 calories or so and high in protein. I'm thinking Subway 6 inch turkey on wheat double meat but I don't know. Suggestions?

What about a chicken salad with some low-fat dressing? Take your pick as to which...
I don't know...that's what I'm all about at the moment
At work I had to order out. Went to a deli and got a tuna sandwich (w/ lettuce and tomato) on whole wheat. Yum!**New Jersey Crew 201**
