Cutting is well, cutting is the not so fun part of bb. You start with the amount of calories you bulk with, lower them by 300-400 calories each week until you hit the amount of calories needed to lose bf for you body. Depends on weight height and everything. You keep lifting the same as if you were bulking, you up your cardio and yes you dont eat as much.

basically during cutting you still eat at least 6 meals a day...cept they are smaller and contain less carbs...you want to keep protein really high to avoid losing muslce and u incorporate cardio into ur routine...but dont drop caloreis to drastically..ok well im not going to explain everything...go do some research and come back with more specific questions
