    Question about HST

Im going to try the HST workout http://www.hypertrophy-specific.com/hst_index.html next week. The site seems a little confusing though. I was wondering for those that have tried it, once I figure out my max weight for 15 reps, 10, 5, etc do I do each excersize to failure?
for example if I could lift 150lbs on incline bench for 15, would I do two sets on monday, wednesday, friday of 150lbs? and then move up the next week to my 10 rep max?
Or would It be something like 140lbs first set, and 150lbs second set?
I think that makes sense, Id appreciate any feedback

I think you find your max weight for one rep and then bring it down a percentage. I dont remember I havent done that in a while.
