cell mass
When I first started using creatine.... I used your typical creatine monohydrate 5000 mg. I felt so bloated and chunky. Then in the female forum I read to get a creatine with ester ethyl because it doesnt allow you to bloat.
I've been using Cell Mass by BSN for a little while, and I dont seem to feel bloated or icky anymore. What are your thoughts on this product and do you think theres anything that would benefit me more?
thanks, skye

cell mass is the best creatine out there. Awesome strength gains. I've used size on and saw little strength gains not to mention I retained a lot more water with it than cell mass.

Not so sure about that one. I can honestly say I saw more gains with celltech than cellmass. But for some people, cellmass works great. Whatever works for you

i like it alot! you could stack it with NO-xplode as a preworkout supplement and take the cellmass postworkout. it's a great combo

Im drinking cell mass atm actually.
I've taken it + SizeON + creatine mono.
I cycle between sizeON and cell mass, and i take the mono in my off days.
All great, huge gains - cell mass i take after, sizeON i take before. (not on same days, just generally speaking)

wow the first 6 or 7 replies are really of stellar informational quality...
anyways, cellmass is a decent creatine, however for the money there are much better options out there. Most popular/best results seem to be from Universal Storm, or Controlled labs Green mag, Both of which ive used personally with no bloat and great energy/strength gains.
Read around, NO Xplode is TERRIBLE and not a stand alone creatine product, Celltech is more of a postworkout Insulin slaughtering than pure creatine and is overpriced.
Read around, check reviews etc.

Search function FTW. Take a look at the ingredients of cellmass and then take a look at the price. Controlled labs - Green magnitude is much better and much cheaper.

Go to www.****************.com they test products to see if the content matches label claims. Cellmass was the latest to be tested and failed. Instead of 3 gram of CEE it had 1.3grams of good old creatine monohydrate. You didn't bloat because you weren't taking enough to get you bloated.
I always will be an advocate for Kre-Alkalyn EFX and Kre-a-fem. Niether will cause you to bloat and both will increase muscular stores to saturation. Either that or continue to take regular creatine. AAEFX has no affiliation with www.****************.com, but we like what they are doing.

Cell Mass is one of my favorite creatine products. I have awesome strength gains and I don't bloat whatsoever. I also like SizeOn, but it bloats me like none other.

5g is the dosing for someone who is 200 lbs. That makes sense.

Try dosing it closer to 3g, and make sure you are hydrated.

I'll agree with that, but i've gotten much higher strength gains with cell mass. When i used cell tech i gained 10 lbs and kept on about 4. With cell mass i never gain much weight, i just notice more energy and the strength.
I'm on my 3rd cell mass and i love it, cheaper than cell tech too.

I know your metabolism rate hasn't been as good as what they used to but wouldn't water retention be a problem with the use of a creatine product, just curious to know what your goals are?

I am not keen on adding ethanol (CEE) or soda ash (Kre-alk) to Monohydrate. If you want to try something other than mono, I'd look into DiCreatine Malate (DCM) or Magnesium Creatin Chelate (MCC).

goals... well i am in my third week of oxandrin and i am trying to put on lean mass and get my bf down a bit more. i was shooting for around 13%. i've read a lot of posts on how much creatine had helped with strength and gains and some people swear by it. as you read, i started out with the reg mono and i felt like a whale (and now i know why), and in the womens forum other females wrote that the creatine with the ester ethyl was better bc you wouldnt bloat. so here i am. trying that. but since this is such a great place to get knowledge from others who know more about it or trial and error.... i figured i'd ask and now i am glad i did.
whatever you can tell me.... bring it on

Like you, i'm here to learn and share whenever i can. I've only used creatine monos from Horley's, EAS & Prolab which bloats me too. I've also used CEE by Higher power but stop using it after i read some complaining about kidney issues.
The last creatine product i had was Green bulge which i stacked with White blood but i didn't felt as though i'm responding well to them. I got a tub of Cellmass coming my way in a few days and i hoping it will delivery.
P.s. you look fabulous btw, pls post more pics.

If you're not happy with your gains from an anabolic, I'm not sure what creatine will make you happy. But I'm dying to hear how you got that script, seriously. Feel free to PM me if you don't want to post.
