Every time I eat fast food...

Every time I eat fast food, I usually get violently ill about 30 minutes afterwards. Funny thing is, I never ever get sick off of any the clean foods that I consume on a day-to-day basis.

Since I got home a month ago, I was craving fast food and restaurant's food a lot more. I have had 2 or 3 fast food cave-ins and each one ended the exact same way; me, violently ill for the remainder of that day/night.

Now when I get that fast food craving, I simply remember those recent stomachache's and all of the pain that fast food can provide.

Probably a redundant topic but hey...

    Smile FWIW, here's another theory . . .

Same thing happens 2 me sometimes. I think its all the grease u get in fast food.

When ur eating clean, ur liver gets used 2 making less bile (key 2 digesting fats). Then when u get a huge slug of grease, ur system can't cope with it. If I overdo fast food on a cheat, it gives me cramps & the ****s.
    Best Regards,

your body isn't used to the grease... I am the same way, I used to not be though, but if I happen to eat some true junk it tears my stomach up instantly. So its really either don't eat it, or eat it all the time and get fat. Stomach rumbling and the ****s just isn't worth it and I think it tells you a little something about the quality of the food, natures way of telling you this is not good for you. If you were out in the wild and ate fast food off a tree, u would not eat it again. Eating clean I never have any stomach discomfort whatsoever. Another side effect is I put on like 7-8 pounds of water weight 2 days later from all the sodium I took in... seroiusly, this just happened, ate some carne asada tacos out b/c was with some coworkers and had just worked out anyway, so said screw it. was 208 then, today I'm 215, and can definitely seethe effect over my abs and in my face.

x2 and REPS for the science! The key problems are low levels of lipase and bile due to 'clean' eating habits. Heh, maybe it's nature's way of keeping ya on the golden path.
