wildbill's road to the perfect body
ive been lifting on and off for a year or so now. i have been serious about things now for 2 months and have seen some great progress. i am currently 5'6 and weigh 155 pounds, 2 months ago, i weighed 164... i am going to be a junior at west virginia university and recently got accepted into the Occupational Therapy Division of the medical school, so i am definately busy, but i am keeping up with things. i just started the 2nd 6 week phase of the beginner program from weider's ultimate bodybuilding. here is the current program i'm on...
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
leg press 4 sets
leg extensions 2 sets
leg curls 3 sets
deadlifts 2 sets
lat pulldowns 4 sets
shrugs 2 sets
shoulder press 3 sets
side laterals 2 sets
bench presses 3 sets
incline presses3 sets
barbell curls 3 sets
skullcrushers 3 sets
calf raises 4 sets
I know its alot but i take my time with rest and my body has responded well so far. i will update every day.

Leg press: 360x15, 410x12, 410x11, 450x10
Leg extensions: 100x10, 112.5x8
Leg curls: 62.5x11, 62.5x9, 75x7
Deads: 185x8, 225x6
Wide Lat Pulldowns: 87.5x12, 100x10, 100x9, 100x8
Shrugs: 135x12, 155x9
Shoulder press: 70x10, 90x9, 105x7
Side Laterals (each arm): 20x10, 25x8
Bench: 115x10, 125x9, 135x7
inclince: 95x11, 105x8, 115x6
barbell curls: 60x11, 65x8, 70x6
skullcrushers (weight without bar): 30x12, 40x9x 50x8
calf raises: 180x22, 200x17, 200x15, 220x 10
comments: felt really good after this going to up weight on most lifts

*** This workout just about killed me, since im starting with summer school soon, im going to split the workout up and hit it over the course of two days.. i wasnt able to make it to the gym on the 16th because of my father being in town for father's day.

**** i had a really good weekend, it was good to see my father since he lives 2 hours away.. it was relaxing and i was able to get alot of things done around the apartment. school starts really soon so im excited about that,. workout was better today since i split the bigger workout in half... i will update tomorrow evening after my workout...
