Has anyone ever heard of mixing bengay with preparation H and rubbing it on the mid section, then putting a rap around your waist prior to training to pull the water out of your skin and tighten your mid section??
I'm preparing for an NPC show and have alittle loose skin and can really use the advice.

I dunno about the bengay, but prep-h will work to reduce subcutaneous water temporarily. I have a feeling it works to shrink the cells or hold the skin in place for sometime, or something similar. The effects only last a few hours.

all versions have topical vasoconstrictor, which wont do anything for your face or midsection (unless you are a hemorroid, in which case it will shrink you :-} )
