Hey everyone, I kind of messed up yesterday (i was on it straight for 2 days and messed up yesterday) so im back again. Here is what I ate today.. I am trying to keep a journal so i know what i am eating..how much.. and if its too much or too little. I am 5'6"~ 138 pnds.. I am trying to get down to 125-128
B~fast~ 2 eggs 1 sausage supplement~ 2 exandrines (lotsa energy)
(see I do bad now b/c I am in school so it is hard to eat, and I did the mile today in gym 7mins and 18 seconds yay! I improved)
Lunch~ 1 cup baby carrots (bad bad bad I know) 2 bottles of water throughtout the day
Mid afternoon~ 2 boneless skinless chicken breast strips and about 1 half cup brocclli, and half a teaspoon of peanut butter
Dinner~ Didn't eat dinner yet... but ill prob have either steak or chicken(favorite) and some veggies..either brocclli raub,asparagus, or green beans. Dunno yet..
Tell me what u think.. I know I should be eating more in school..but I dont know what to bring.. any suggestions? Thanks so much *laura*
