    Lauras Journal day #1

    Hey everyone, I kind of messed up yesterday (i was on it straight for 2 days and messed up yesterday) so im back again. Here is what I ate today.. I am trying to keep a journal so i know what i am eating..how much.. and if its too much or too little. I am 5'6"~ 138 pnds.. I am trying to get down to 125-128

    B~fast~ 2 eggs 1 sausage supplement~ 2 exandrines (lotsa energy)

    (see I do bad now b/c I am in school so it is hard to eat, and I did the mile today in gym 7mins and 18 seconds yay! I improved)

    Lunch~ 1 cup baby carrots (bad bad bad I know) 2 bottles of water throughtout the day

    Mid afternoon~ 2 boneless skinless chicken breast strips and about 1 half cup brocclli, and half a teaspoon of peanut butter

    Dinner~ Didn't eat dinner yet... but ill prob have either steak or chicken(favorite) and some veggies..either brocclli raub,asparagus, or green beans. Dunno yet..

    Tell me what u think.. I know I should be eating more in school..but I dont know what to bring.. any suggestions? Thanks so much *laura*

    What kinda school you going to? It all looks good to me, Some things I take to work that is easy to fix is, Swansons canned chicken breast or tuna. IMO just gotta watch the intake on carbs, which it seems that you are doing. What does your cardio look like?

    hey

    Hey I am a senior in highschool. I usually run about 1-2 miles a day or i take a kickboxing class at the gym on tues and thursdays. I also have some tapes at home... Like billy blanks kickboxing.. Minnas fat burner (this is good) and yoga. I get exercise in everday. Sunday I usually do only 20 minutes to give myself a little break. I also lift light hand weights prob like 3 days a week. And I have an ab routine i do about 4-5 days a week. Thanks, Laura

    I don't see where there is a problem, seems that you'll lose 10lbs in no time, with what you are doing. Good luck, I'll check back in from time to time to see how things are going. Just keep striving for you goal.

    You need more fat. 1/2 tsp peanut butter?? What is that? You need more like a few TBS. If you don't get more calories from fat and maybe more from protein, your body will go into starvation mode and cause you to stop losing weight and actually GAIN weight. PM fitnessman and he will help you with your ratios if you want to do keto. I am doing a show this weekend and I am fat-loading so I will probably eat a jar of peanut butter today. Don't be afraid of fat! Good luck!

    hey everybody sorry

    Hey every1 sry i got caught up and couldnt write. alright here is wha i ate today..

    b~fast- 2 eggs.. 2 pork sausages.. 1 tsp ketchup

    Snack~ Sugar free (no carbs) Jello, about 1 handful planters peanuts (5 carbs)

    Lunch~ 2 med size strips of no skin no bone chicken.. 1 cup baby carrots.. another jello (no carbs)

    Dinner~Not sure wha im eating yet.. prob chicken w/brocclli raub or brocclli


    Is this good? Should i change anything? Thanks so much!by the way im on the keto diet

    Workout~ 30-45 min treadmill
    Some workouts with light hand weights (15-20 min)
    Ab routine (working all ab muscles)
