    What does this means and what to do now? Please need help.

    I have been working out for about 3-4 months. My weight has not changed much, if anything, and my bf% (according to my scale) is the same, but I can deinatel see changes in my body, like I can notice more chest muscles, bigger legs, shoudlers, traps, delts, etc...

    What does this means?

    It means your probably not eating enough. Those gains tht u saw were noob gains. Whats your diet like?

    It is really hard for me to follow a set diet but I always try to eat frequently with good protions of food everytime I eat. I have never had any problems gaining/losing weight so I guess is not that my metabolism is too fast and I need to eat more.
