Substitute another whole food source of protein for the whey at both times. Whey is notorious for causing bloat and digestive troubles. Also switch out the milk and replace it with another carbohydrate source. See if that corrects the problem first.
Our kind has never been seen before.
And when the last of us are gone,
We will never be seen again.
Because there is a secret behind our creation,
And secrets like this only come around once.

I had this exact same thing happen but I had it so bad that I had to miss work. I was using HDT's Pro Blend Powder. I felt like I had a beach ball in my stomach and was trying to pass it. I was extremely nauseous. I also had this happen with Saturn Supplement's Muscleworks powder.
Funny thing is, I can handle protein bars. I think it may have to do with how the protein is processed. The powders I tried were Ionic Whey Isolate or Concentrate. The bars are made with Whey concentrate. Maybe the Ionization has something to do with it. In any case, I am not drinking protein powders after that experience b/c I can't risk missing another day of work.Theoretical 1RMs - - 11/15/04 - - 02/08/05

why do u have both eggwhites AND whey for breakfast AND before bed? have just one whole food protein source and save the whey for postworkout. Anways, try any and/or all of the following..
-have water instead of the milk
-drink MORE water
-do more ab work in the gym to tighten up your midsection(helped me a ton with previous bloating)
-eat from a different source of whatever you're trying to take in, for example if you're bloated after taking whey, substitute it for whole food like tuna, eggs, cott cheese, etc. Another example- if you're bloated after having bread for a carb source at one meal, switch it out for oats. it's all trial and error and trying new things. take note of how you feel and look after each food u eat so u know for future ref and u can plan ur diet accordingly.
-lift harder
-drop most of the cardio you're doing(if you're doing any)

I get bloated and gassy A LOT...it sux. Like you I wake up fine and am good for most of the day but by 6-8pm I get gassy and I hate it. I guess I just have to live with it cus I eat plenty of fiber, veggies, etc so I am not sure what is causing it.

I am thinking since yogurt has some sugar in it then it might be a good thing to add to a cup of oats for my PPWO meal. Is yogurt ok to add to a diet as a staple for the time I was thinking about?
