    Mondays and saturdays are my only off days, and I'm going to try and increase my workout frequency and only take mondays off.

    Will definently be following. One quick question. How much of a difference is there between this and Anabolic Pump? It seems like they are very similar. Sounds like the only real difference is the P-Slin is a little faster acting (making it better for pre-workout). What other differences are there?

    The Power of PSlin surpasses Anabolic Pump, and it was not logical to develope a supplement that would make the majority of the users fall asleep if reccomended 3 times a day.

    I do not think it is logical to consume 100grams of carbs per meal 3 times a day with the current consumer base. Some consumers do not understand Anabolic Pump because it is a supplement that revolves around understanding nutrition. This should be a wake up call to the consumer that Nutrition is first and supplements are second. The amount of education behind AP was basically an intro class to nutrition. I'm not complaining but it should spark a few light bulbs.

    Soooo... you're telling me I could take AP before some of my other carb meals and just use P-Slin for the pre-WO meal? I have at least 3 meals a day with ~100 grams of carbs in them. Nutrition isn't a problem for me.

    Day 1 (6/12) - Fire Academy PT (Dodgeball)





    P-Slin Dosing: 3 caps taken 15 minutes prior to meal #4.
    Strength: N/A
    Pump/Intensity: N/A
    Stamina: 5/5

    Comments: I didn't really experience much of a pump from P-Slin today... but its kinda hard to get a pump when you're playing dodgeball. To make dodgeball more "PT friendly", when you got hit you had to go outside and run about 1/4 mile before coming back into the game. My energy was great, which was a good thing, because I probably ran close to 3 miles when it was all said and done. I'm what could be called an 'aggressive' dodgeball player, meaning I try and catch the ball instead of dodging it. This strategy would work fine, except that I was a running back, not a receiver, and I ended up dropping most of the balls thrown at me. Oh well, it was still fun, and I ended up getting a great cardio workout in.

    Tomorrow: Back/Bicep workout will be tomorrow night... I'm excited to see how P-Slin responds to some weight. I'll probably do some high volume on weighted chins... 8x8 or 10x10 is always fun. I'll try and get some vids/pics as well.
